For Anyone Questioning

Ran a report on EmailAnalyzer and now you’ve got questions? We get it — SPF, DKIM, DMARC sounds more like a secret code than email settings.
This section is here For Anyone Questioning what the results actually mean, why deliverability matters, and how to fix those scary red warnings.
Let's make sense of the jargon, one FAQ at a time.

Understanding the report

Globally, the average inbox placement rate stood at 80 percent - in Europe - in 2025.

📈 2025 Snapshot

  • Inbox placement: ~80 % globally (Europe ~89 %, Yahoo/Microsoft tougher at ~75 %)
  • Daily email traffic: ~380 billion valid + ~180 billion spam = ~560 billion total
  • DMARC enforcement: ~24 % of domains have p=quarantine or reject
The inbox placement rate measures how many messages arrive in your subscribers’ inboxes — and not in spam folders or otherwise undelivered by the mailbox provider.
How about deliverability: deliverability only tells which percentage of your sent out email did not bounce and was accepted by a mailbox provider (not necessarily delivered into an inbox).
